Any gardener will say the best way to grow a garden is with the right amount of fertilizer. Life is much the same way. I cannot grow my dreams without dealing with a hefty amount of poo flung my way. If I have the faith and fortitude to withstand the negativity from detractors, the critique from those who claim they mean well, and the overall lack of support by those who say they have my back, I can accomplish anything. Or rather, God can accomplish anything through me.
What then can we say in response to all this? If God is for us, who can be against us? He did not spare His own Son but gave Him up for all of us. How then can He fail also to give us everything else along with Him? Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who acquits. Who will condemn? Christ Jesus, Who died, or rather rose again, Who is at God's right hand and intercedes for us? Who then can separate us from the love of Christ? Will hardship, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or the sword? ... No, throughout all these things we are conquerors because of Him who loves us. Romans 8: 31-35, 37
